How I work
Training built to last.
Most of my clients come through referrals and stay for years. That's not an accident — it's what happens when training is built around the person, not a program calendar.
01
The approach
I don't sell packages or time-limited programs. Every client I work with gets a training system designed specifically for them — their body, their schedule, their history, and where they actually want to go.
Strength is the foundation. Everything else — how you move, how you feel, how your body responds to stress — gets better when you're genuinely strong. We build that deliberately, over time, without shortcuts.
The work is collaborative. You bring the effort and the honesty. I bring the programming, the coaching eye, and the adjustments. That relationship is what makes long-term progress possible.
Individualized programming
No templates. Your training is written for you and adjusted as you progress.
Technique-first coaching
We move well before we move heavy. Sound mechanics protect you and unlock better results.
Long-term thinking
Progress isn't linear. We plan for it — building phases, deloads, and pivots when life requires them.
Honest communication
You'll always know where you are, what we're working on, and why. No guesswork.

What the ongoing work looks like
There's no graduation date. Clients who've been training with me for three years are still making progress — because the goals evolve, the programming evolves, and the work stays meaningful.
Getting started
We begin with a thorough movement assessment and intake conversation. I want to understand your history, your goals, and what's gotten in the way before. From there, your first training block is written.
Building the base
Early training focuses on movement quality, consistency, and establishing your baseline. We're not rushing — we're building something that holds up.
Progressive development
As your foundation solidifies, training becomes more targeted. Loads increase, complexity grows, and we start working toward the specific outcomes you care about most.
Sustained progress
This is where most of my clients live. Training adapts to life — travel, stress, shifting goals, new challenges. The work continues because it's built into how you operate.
